Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Express delivery is only available for mainland UK. This excludes, NI, Scottish Isles, IOM, Jersey, Guernsey

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We use a variety of carriers. Usually this is DPD, Royal Mail & ParcelForce

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Lintronics Group packages products sufficiently to ensure any damage doesn’t happen. If you have ordered an item from us that has ANY type of LCD/LED Screen including but not limited to: TV’s, Laptops, iMacs, iPads & Tablets then please make sure this is checked before signing for external damage.

We will NOT take responsibility for any items damaged in transit that have been signed for in pristine condition

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom
